Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (safety seal on bottle must not be opened or tampered with) and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds begin once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
*Only plastic bottles can be returned, glass items are not eligible for refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping (shipping postage Atlantean Alchemy™ payed for to get the package to you upon your order) will be deducted from your refund.
Undeliverable Package Policy
In the event a customer enters an incorrect address on our site. Once a package is returned to us for non delivery, the customer will be required to pay for original postage, return postage and new postage to resend the package. If the customer does not wish to proceed with a redelivery attempt; original postage, return postage and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from their refund.
Freeze Damage Policy
Atlantean Alchemy, USPS, UPS & FEDEX all have climate controlled facilities. Product freezes are not possible in transit to customers. Freezing only occurs when a customer has a package delivered to their mailbox or porch in freezing temperatures. We are not liable for customer negligence. When ordering and receiving a liquid based product, it is the customers responsibility to prevent damage. The customer must either hold the package at the local post office, be present for a direct delivery, or not order our products entirely during freezing temperature months. We are not responsible for damaged products due to freezing. Refunds will not be granted under freeze damage circumstances.
