  At Atlantean Alchemy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

Used Products: Products that have been substantially used are not eligible for return.

Glass Items: Due to the fragile nature of glass, glass bottles are not eligible for return.

Promotional Items: Items received as part of a promotional offer or free gift cannot be returned.

 

3. Return Process

 

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@atlanteanalchemy.com within the 30-day return window. You will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We can provide a return label, yet the cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

 

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 to 3 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days.

Deductions: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If applicable, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Undeliverable Package Policy

 

If a customer enters an incorrect address on our site and the package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for paying the original postage, return postage, and new postage to resend the package. If the customer opts not to proceed with redelivery, the original postage, return postage, and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from their refund.

 

6. Freeze Damage Policy

 

At Atlantean Alchemy, we partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, all of which use climate-controlled facilities, making product freeze damage during transit impossible. Freezing occurs only when a package is delivered to a mailbox or porch in freezing temperatures. We are not liable for customer negligence in this matter. It is the customer’s responsibility to prevent freeze damage when ordering liquid-based products. Customers should either hold the package at the local post office, be present for direct delivery, or refrain from ordering our products during freezing temperature months. Refunds will not be granted for products damaged due to freezing.
